Instead of telling you about the exercises, we've decided to show you, like they say,
a picture is worth a thousand words, the model below will perform various exercises
 to illustrate how to build the legs muscles.  Most IMPORTANT, warm-up and stretch
before performing any of these routines, when done, cool down and stretch again.
Build up your strength by adding additional repetitions. You may concentrate on one
or two different routines each time out, or reduce the reps and do all of them, by all
 means, do not over exert yourself. 

   


Chair lifts ( make sure the chair is strong enough to handle your weight)


Calf raises, two legs and one leg at a time


Squats


Lunge, one leg at a time


Run up the stairs


Sprint 50 yards


Jump rope, two legs and one leg version
